Movement is a healthy and joyful part of life.  At Express, we feel better when we are dancing- and we know you will too!  

Whether you are 3 or 63, a total beginner or a returning dancer- there's a place for you here.  We believe dance is for everyone!

Express Dance Company holds classes and performances at the Mid-Valley Performing Arts Center located at

2525 Taylorsville Blvd, Taylorsville, UT.  

Mid-Valley boasts beautiful, state-of-the-art dance rooms as well as two performing spaces.

We have classes for ages 3+, including classes just for boys, Country Dancing, and even adult performing teams.   Express is very involved in the surrounding community through free dance classes taught at local schools and other events.  You can catch us in the local Taylorsville Dayzz Parade each summer!  This fall, we will travel to Anaheim to dance in a parade on Main Street USA (Disneyland) and we would love if you would join us!
